Prior to becoming a public speaker, Mel spent over 25 years in the IT industry mostly in Customer and Technical Support, including 10 years leading teams and organizations. His leadership methods resulted in high Employee Engagement scores and increased Customer Satisfaction for his teams, while his focus on the growth of the individual resulted in the advancement of many into people leadership and technical leadership roles.
